What to do if you forgot the password?

Perform the following steps in sequence:

  1. If the router is bound with the App, you can get the management password on the App.
  2. If the password is still incorrect, you can restore the device to factory settings and reconfigure the management password.

    3. Note: After the device is restored to the factory settings, you need to configure the network and connect the device again.

Google Chrome and Internet Explorer browser 9, 10 or 11 are supported. 

The network is unstable. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to view the cause.
